If you delete the backup folder on your ReadyNAS, and then start a backup on ReadyCLOUD, you get the message, 'Upload failed No backup folder,' and a Retry button. Retrying causes the same problem. Now the Retry button is replaced by a Setup button that takes you to the Media Backup settings page. If you try running the app on iOS 7, the app crashes. 1.3.2 Nov 27, 2013. E0zin, Cannot view contents within folders of router After the latest iOS update, this app has been hit or miss (mostly miss) when it comes to ease of access to the contents within the router. I primarily used this app to backup my photo library to an external storage drive attached to the router. After some difficulty setting up the media backup folder, it would work.

Unfortunately, since the update, access has been very limited and no longer performs backups. Eventually one or two photos would upload but then it would hang.

I have tried reinstalling to remedy this but to no avail. The app does have access to the external storage drive but only the folders are visible and it’s contents are not visible.

Even after setting up a previous backup folder that was my original folder, contents are not visible. However, when logged onto the ReadyCLOUD website on the laptop, everything is accessible. Not quite sure what the issue is with the app but once this is resolved, then an updated review will be done. Otherwise, this app is useless to me with no means to provide its backup features.
