I primarily used this app to backup my photo library to an external storage drive attached to the router. After some difficulty setting up the media backup folder, it would work.

I have tried reinstalling to remedy this but to no avail. The app does have access to the external storage drive but only the folders are visible and it’s contents are not visible.

Even after setting up a previous backup folder that was my original folder, contents are not visible. However, when logged onto the ReadyCLOUD website on the laptop, everything is accessible. Not quite sure what the issue is with the app but once this is resolved, then an updated review will be done. Otherwise, this app is useless to me with no means to provide its backup features.
